What makes this different?

Normal challenges or diets are "quick" fixes; that might help you lose a couple lbs (if you can stick with it) but it doesn't actually teach you anything for afterwards. We wanted to provide women the opportunity to get a head start on their health, start making themselves a priority, and actually teach them the tools they need to live a healthier lifestyle

How much weight can I expect to lose?

Most clients lose anywhere from 6–12lbs in 6 weeks, but results vary depending on your starting point, consistency, and effort. We will help set that goal on your planning call. Our mission is to set you up with sustainable habits you can keep even after the program ends.

Is this program suitable for beginners?

Yes! Whether you’re brand new to fitness or have some experience, the program is designed to meet you at your current level. We provide complete personalization and progressions so you can move at your own pace.

Do I need a gym membership, or can I do the workouts at home?

You can do the workouts at home with minimal equipment, or in the gym if you prefer. We’ll provide options for both.

How much time per day do I need to commit?

Workouts typically take 30–45 minutes, 4 days per week. Nutrition and meals are designed so you can eat healthy food that actually tastes good, quicker than normal meals would take. We don't want you to live your life in the gym or kitchen (that's why we do!)

Do I need to cut out carbs, sugar, or alcohol?

No! — we don’t believe in extreme restrictions. We’ll show you how to include your favorite foods in moderation while still making progress. We actually encourage learning how you can balance anything, that's what truly makes it a healthy lifestyle

What if I have dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.)?

No problem. We can adapt the nutrition plan to fit your lifestyle and dietary needs. We have current clients that are vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and more. I'm lactose-intolerant myself!

Do I need to take supplements?

Supplements are optional. We focus on whole foods first, but if you’d like recommendations for protein powders or vitamins, we can provide them.

Do I get one-on-one coaching, or is this a group program?

You’ll be part of a supportive group program but also get individualized guidance to make sure you’re staying on track with your personal goals.

What happens if I don’t lose weight?

If you stay committed but aren’t seeing the results you want, we’ll work with you to adjust your workouts or nutrition to make sure you’re moving in the right direction. Everything is personalized so that we can make those adjustments for every individual.

What if I can’t finish the program in 6 weeks?

Life happens! That's why we guarantee if you don't hit your goal by the end of the 6 weeks, we will keep working with you for free until you hit it. All we ask is you stay committed and follow the plan.
